Our software is as flexible as your business needs require.  Whether you need a single licence on a laptop, a read only version of estimation software or to rent multiple copies for a joint venture we can accomodate you.  Registered copies of Expert Estimation and Expert Project can operate individually on a stand alone PC or  server environment.   

Purchase

By purchasing a full version of the program you gain complete access to the functions and features of the application. This access may be controlled by security, set by the project administrator.  A Full version allows users access to add, amend and report on Direct and Indirect costs, Resources, Budgets, Cash Flow and Project Administration. 

Monthly Rental

If you need any number of copies of the software for a short period of time Rental may be your best option.  This is an excellent way of obtaining additional copies of Expert Estimation for joint ventures while keeping capital expenditure to a minimum.  There are generous discounts available for those who wish to change these to purchased licenses.

Management

The management edition allows your Management to review all the work that the Estimating team has created but not be able to inadvertently modify the items in the Project.  Management copies have full access to the reporting suite.

Assistant

Users with Assistant copies are able to create items for the submission schedule without having access to the build up or being able to add new Resources.  They have limited access to the reporting suite and none to the Project Summaries and Administration.  This is designed for data input staff.
