Product training - Pronamics hosts regular hands-on product training sessions. Our product training courses are held in professional training facilities where each person has their own computer for hands on learning. Private courses are also available. CALCULATIONS & ANALYSIS

Resource Time Sheet - Use Resource Time Sheets to record actual resource use and consumption on a regular basis.

Per Crew Analysis - Monitor resource usage by individual crews by attaching important shift information including diary, work activity, quality, weather and correspondence.

Cost Explorer Window - The Cost Explorer window allows you to enter incidental costs as well as view, filter and summarise all of the cost records for the project.

Progress - Record the amount of progress made for each item of work on a regular basis. This information is then used to calculate the budgeted cost of the work that has been performed.

Variation Explorer Window - The Variation Explorer window allows you to create and estimate variations using the same methods as in Expert Estimation.

Progress Claims - Progress claims can be generated based on the quantity of each contract item that has been performed for submission to the client.

Forecast Cost to Complete - Forecast the Cost to Complete for each Cost Code within your project using one of the available calculations or by producing a first principles estimate in a Cost Estimate window.

Budget Performance - The Budget Performance window lets you analyse the performance of an individual Cost Code or the entire project.

Analysis - Choose from a range of analysis tools including the Project Status window, Detailed Cost Comparison and Earned Valued Analysis.

Extensions of Time - Record the status of Extension of Time submissions for events that might affect your project’s finish date.

Information Management System (IMS) - Expert Project’s Information Management System (IMS) records and manages information, images and documents that relate to your project.

Project Action List - The project action list provides a reminder function to ensure you never miss an important date.
